A William IV mahogany duet music stand. With carved laurel rests, on a lotus capped pillar and circular base with carved paw feet, height 118cm, width 47cm. The locking screw/mechanism is missing, so the pole cannot currently be fixed in the extended position. The maximum extended height would be approximately 145cm. The two candle sconces are missing, and the brackets have been relocated. Both of the laurel wreaths have been cracked and are strengthened with metal straps, and one of the wooden crosspieces has been replaced One foot has a chip and there is general wear and marks.
