A TURKISH MARKET FLINTLOCK PISTOL BY ANDREWS, the long barrel marked ‘London’ with proof marks, the lock engraved with Turkish stars and crescent moons the woodwork inlaid overall with white metal wirework scrolls, Turkish stars and crescents, with white metal trigger guard and butt cap engraved and decorated with a coral cabochon

Barrel polished to a steel coloured finish and with light pitting, lock darkly patinated, cocks and 'fires', woodwork with dints and knocks overall, wirework good with no apparent losses, silverwork with dints, knocks and scratches, coral inset with gilt highlights on crescent moon surround but slightly worn.
