A pair of Chinese porcelain blue and white vases, 19th century, each of high shouldered baluster form and decorated with an all-over prunus pattern, with covers surmounted by dogs of fo, four character Kangxi mark to the underside, 36cm high (at fault)

Neck of one vase cracked in multiple sections and glued together. One drilled hole towards the lower side section of the vase, formerly allowing a cable to pass through. Covers to both are presumed associated and show small nicks and chips to the edges. Pitting and fritting can be seen to both vases. Some surface scratching visible. Interior with areas of staining.
