A LARGE 19TH CENTURY NORTH INDIAN MULTAN GLAZED POTTERY BIRD HOUSE

A large and unusual 19th-century North Indian bird house, crafted from Multan glazed pottery. This vibrant piece is adorned with intricate floral and geometric patterns in a colourful palette of blues, greens, and yellows, typical of Multan ceramic craftsmanship. The front features a central opening for birds, framed by ornate designs, while the body is decorated with checkerboard and floral motifs.
