Provenance - purchased from Winifred Williams, Eastbourne/London before 1970.
Restoration to his hat, face, the mouthpiece and finger piece of his bagpipe, both hands, his left ankle and foot. Later mount to base obscuring any marks. Some grubbiness in places and some matt areas to the glaze on the rock work and his leg.
