Railway. Modern Traction. A small selection of 17 x 35mm, colour slides, mainly on Kodak film stock. The slides feature some early BR diesels, including maroon and blue "Warships", a green "Deltic" and Brush "Falcon", all from the early 1970's. Fast forward to August 1975 and we have 4 RARE shots of the APT-E on test trains at Steventon and Didcot, clocking in at 146mph and 149 mph!. Twelve of the slides are captioned, albeit, there are no loco numbers. Copyright will pass to the buyer. All the slides are illustrated.
