German WWII period K98 bayonet, blade marked WKC and having eagles head pommel with black wooden grip and leather frog, steel painted scabbard, itself marked 8358, 42COF. Probably later acid etched to the steel mount with '2/SS Panzer Division', 'Das Reich, Meine Ehre Heisst Treue' and SS2. Overall 42cm long approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT)

Etched decoration is believed to be later added. Some surface rust to scabbard and general wear with age.
