INTERESTING FLIGHT COVERS:1925 env. from Stockholm to Liverpool with typed "As the sound between Sweden and/Denmark is frozen and the Baltic/between Sweden and Germany is/full af drift ice, this letter was/forwarded by an aeroplane from/Malmo to Hamburg" label tied by cancellation. 7 April 130 env. to Cyprus carried on the 1st airmail from Malmo. 7 June 1929 env. from Stockholm to N. York but forced down south of Iceland and towed to the Yestman Islands flying to Reykyvik. Strong winds then hampered the crossing of Greenland and after reaching Ivigbut the flight was abandoned. The mail continued by steamer. 15 May 1930 env. carried on the 1st night flight from Stockholm to Copenhagen. Also two others. (6 covers)
