WM RICHARDSON, MANCHESTER, EARLY 19th CENTURY FIGURED MAHOGANY LONGCASE CLOCK WITH 8 DAYS STRIKING MOVEMENT, arched painted roman dial with two subsidiary dials for seconds and day of the month, revolving moonphase in the arch, with two terrestrial globes, the spandrels painted with female figures allegorical of the seasons, the hood with swan neck pediment and carved flanking finials, spirally fluted side columns and split columns to the hood and free standing spirally fluted side columns to the waist and the base, four pointed arches to the top of the waist door, ivory lock plate, lobed toupé feet, 8' high, circa 1830 (dial repainted)
