A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH ORMOLU STRIKE CLOCK, with white marble dial and panels, pendulum movement no. 1067, striking on a bell, applied brass Roman numerals and hands, the swagged and wreathed case with applied satyr, rams heads and urn pediment, on a giltwood and velvet stand, approximate height 37cm, approximate width 19cm
Case - appears complete, regilded and with a receipt
Dial - good condition, restored, signs of glue behind the applied Roman numerals
Stand - velvet very worn and discoloured, some chips to the giltwood frame
Movement - appears original, strikes in sequence. Key present but a poor fit. Regulator key present - not tested.
Working when tried but no report available for longevity or accuracy
