W. COLLINS (19TH CENTURY) A ROCKY COASTAL LANDSCAPE WITH FIGURES, a young male and female figures are looking at a crab on the beach, she carries a pale in her hand, signed and dated W. Collins 1849 bottom left, attributed to W. Collins RA to the frame (William Collins RA died in 1847), oil on canvas, approximate size 35cm x 49.5cm, Condition Report: the painting has what appears to be shrink related cracks across the central portion, possibly from an incorrect cleaning method, there are associated paint loss in places, the canvas is split along the top edge
