17 standard-size postcards, all real photographic apart from one, relating to Littlehampton swing bridge – such as events around the opening by the Duke of Norfolk in 1908. Seven cards are published by J.White but there is also work by Spry (5) and King (1). The other cards have no photographer details. The views also show the laying of the foundation stone. One excellent street scene shows a close view of the Steam Packet Tavern and a schools’ parade. Good condition plus.
