AN EARLY 18TH CENTURY BRASS AND IRON SKIMMER, ENGLISH, CIRCA 1720-50. Having a very shallow dished bowl, with concentric circular pierced holes, copper riveted to a flattened steel stem, broadening to the end to form a handle, with integral hanging loop, 60cm long.
