A VIOLIN IN NEED OF ATTENTION, two piece back, no visible maker's label but bears a label reading 'date 1830', with a bow marked 'XXIII', length of body including button 36.5cm (violin body + neck + tailpiece + bow) (Condition Report: af, restoration project, soundpost loose, neck, fingerboard and tailpiece detached, splits and old repairs to ribs, front slightly coming away from lower ribs, small holes/dents in front, missing two pegs, bow and violin require restringing)
