Clarice Cliff for Newport Pottery ' Stroud ' pattern three piece tea set in the Stamford shape, comprising a teapot (lacking cover), milk jug and sugar bowl, circa 1932, hand painted in a colour variant of the Stroud pattern with a cartouche panel of a cottage over a yellow banded ground. 'Registration applied for' stamps and printed makers marks to bases. Teapot measures approx 10.5cm high
