The Mini was offered in a number of limited editions that usually included a special combination of trim and badging, but some also included mechanical upgrades. The Paul Smith edition was released in March of 1998 and was based on the Mini Sprite with a 1,275cc engine.
The exterior colour was Paul Smith Blue (JFL - BLVC1269), and the exterior trim included charcoal grey Minilite alloy wheels, two spotlamps, a chrome grille, handles, and bumpers, and a green Great Britain isle badge on grille. The interior was made up of black leather trim, Paul Smith-scripted instrument graphics, citrus green glovebox interior, petrol tank and solid boot liner. Production was limited to 300 for the UK, and 1,500 for the rest of the world.
This Paul Smith Ltd edition car has under gone recent restoration including complete new front end. The car is described by the vendor as driving very well and being in beautiful condition. It has factory fitted air con and has had 6 previous owners.
