A FIRST WORLD WAR GROUP OF TO THE ARTILLERY. A Great War group of four comprising 1914-15 Star named to 31614 BMBR A.SIDDALL R.G.A War Medal and Victory Medal with mentioned in dispatches oak leaf similarly named to Siddall as BQM, and a French medal of Valour. Mounted with a photograph of the recipient, badges and patches, in a glazed rosewood effect frame. Alfred Siddall, Battery Quartermaster Serjeant had his mention in dispatches Gazetted on the 17th May 1918, issue 30693, p5982. Maximum dimensions 36 x 41cm. *CR Frame scratched in a number of places, red velvet mount faded. Medals slightly polished. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
