Reproduction nameplate, BLUE PETER, and matching worksplate, LONDON NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 2023, DONCASTER 1948. Both plates are cast from the originals and were carried in service on the preserved locomotive for a long period. They were presented by Geoff Drury, the locomotive owner, to one of his engineers in recognition of work undertaken on the loco. The nameplates is cast brass, length 57", the back showing a long list of names of Pacific locos with plates of the same length. The worksplate is 13"x7½", engraved brass. (2)
