1917 (Apr) 1.E.F 3p - 3a Mint with type M5 Mafia overprints in violet, 1a with light crease, ½a, 2a and 2a6p with a few toned perfs, the 2a and 3a with some paper adhering to reverse, the ½a and 2a - 3a all with small ownership handstamp of King Carol of Romania.
