Pair French porcelain tea canisters, floral spray decoration, marked J P to base, three further tea canisters, jug marked 'Hen and Chickens, Manchester' by Mintons and Chinese style ginger jar (7)
White with blue spray - good condition, no obvious damage. Bird & butterly - some surface marks and scratches, accretions, wear to the gilt, rim possibly ground down. New Chelsea - light surface scratches, marks to edges and corners, chip and hairline crack to lid. Mintons jug - surface marks, accretions, chip to underside of lip, wear to the gilt & decoration. Ginger jar - surface marks, flake of glaze loss on body, chip to base, wear & loss to decoration. French J.P. - surface marks, staining to the inside, chip to base on one, wear to gilt in areas. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use, see photos.
