Printed in an abstract style in geometric forms, rendered in tones of deep reds, pale pinks and navy blues. Signed, editioned and titled in pencil to base. Graphic Studio Gallery sticker to verso. Presented in a high quality whitewashed wooden frame. Goulding is a well renowned artist with a strong auction history, his paintings fetching into the early thousands with his prints reaching the mid hundreds at Whyte's. This print is available on the Graphic Studio Gallery website for €900.

Tim Goulding was born in Dublin in 1945 and has lived and worked near Allihies on the Beara peninsula, West Cork since 1969. Goulding grew up in Wicklow but was educated in England from the age of 7. He was awarded a 2 year scholarship to study Textile Design at the State School of Art, Konstfackskolan, in Stockholm. Largely self-taught as a painter, he has been exhibiting professionally since 1964 in many galleries around Ireland, and also represented Ireland in the 1971 Paris Biennale. He moved to Allihies on the Beara Peninsula, Co. Cork where he has lived and worked since 1968. Goulding is a member of Aosdana and his work can be found in the collections of the Arts Councils of Ireland and Northern Ireland, IMMA and the Office of Public Works, as well as many private collections.
