(tear at top clear of stamp & markings) from London to "Coloorex, Pres Geneve" with 4d Vermilion (pl.8) tied by duplex with v. fine scarce oval "F./27" accountancy mark nearby; underpaid & so with "INSUFFICIENTLY/PREPAID" on the front with red oval "PD" cancelled by London inspector's "50" numeral.
