A pair of large Chinese blue and white crackle glaze vases and covers, late 19th century, each painted with blackbirds amid flowering branches, carved brown glazed borders and apocryphal reign mark to base, 64.5cm high
Both vases with crackle to the glaze all over, with typical minor glaze imperfections, one of the lion-dog finials has a chip to its tail, otherwise in good condition with no restoration, other chips or cracks detected.
