Seated in royal ease, lalitasana, dressed in a flowing robe cascading towards a central lotus bloom flanked by leaves and buds, her left hand holding a scroll, her arm resting on a demi-lune stand supporting a vase issuing a single Ruyi, her right flanked with a bird perched on a tall rocky outcropping, her pensive face with downcast eyes beneath a high chignon covered with a veil, traces of gilt-lacquer, paper and clay, raised on a later lucite stand
