Motor car manufacturer based in Glasgow, commencing with a small de Dion type voiturette. By 1904 the company were Scotland's leading manufacturer and a large new factory was built at Alexandria, near Glasgow. Despite being the 5th largest producer in Great Britain it failed from lack of funds in 1914. GVF and scarce.
