A RARE MID-17TH CENTURY EBONY & BONE-INLAID CHILD'S TABLE CASKET, FLEMISH. Of miniature cabinet form, having a pair of doors enclosing an arrangement of nine small drawers, each inlaid with a hound, the larger central drawer inlaid with a bear and staff, the door interiors inlaid with a male and female standing figure, possibly representing parents, the top inset with a plaque engraved with a seated bagpipe player next to a dog and building entrance, on ivory feet, original lock, later key,14cm x 15.5cm x 11.5cm CITES ref. RRT785S6 CITES permit is included. Exporting outside the EU will require an additional export permit.
