Contained in a blue lined case, accompanied by a certificate stating the set is number 92 of 250, dated 1977, together with a copy of a booklet 'Commemorative Medallions A Guide for South African Collectors'
Each medallion contained in a plastic case. Two medallions (Frederick Roberts and Louis Botha) with South African hallmarks 'CM' 1977, the others with South African hallmarks 'SAHM' 1978. Set lacks certificate, was produced as a limited edition of 250 sets.
