ASKING PARIS WAR MINISTRY IF HE CAN JOIN HIS WIFE IN LA TRINITE; Very fine "12 Thermidor An XI" [31 July 1803] EL (sealed with wafer) from "John Collier of English origin, resident in France since" 11 Aug. 1802 on parole in "Fontainebleau" to the Minister of War in Paris with very fine "T" in circle on the front and Paris arrival cds on the flap.
