TWO CHINESE QINGBAI WARE BOWLS, SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127–1279). One with petal decoration to the exterior with moulded floral motifs to the interior; The other with combed decoration to the interior. 17cm to 18cm. (2)

Expected wear around the rims and foot. No major signs of damage. The combed bowl with one small possibly filled small chip to rim. Provenance: Property of Dennis Young, son to Sir Mark Aitchison Young GCMG (1886-1974) who served as Governor of Hong Kong between 1941 and 1947, thence by descent.
