A PAIR OF IRISH GEORGE II MAHOGANY SIDE CHAIRS CIRCA 1750, the waved crest rails accentuated with shell corners, centred with a prominent scallop shell, against a pounced ground, the open splats gathered by rosettes, drop-in seat on moulded frame, on acanthus carved cabriole legs on square paw feet, joined by a shaped and carved flat stretcher. 103cm high, 55cm wide, 44cm deep Provenance: Hon.
