Interior with colour photograph of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh arriving at the Silver Jubilee Thanksgiving ceremony in the Gold State Coach and signed 'Elizabeth R 1977'. Sent to Sybil Smith, former riding instructor to The Queen.
