Watercolour on paper in honest untouched condition, colours remain strong, perhaps one or two tiny dirt specks but most are on the glass rather than the work itself, most notably one darker speck near the top left which is certainly on the glass, slim original textured gilt frame, label verso for Mawson Swan & Morgan, with an indistinct title inscribed in pencil.
