A SUBSTANTIAL GOTHIC OAK CHIMING BRACKET CLOCK AND BRACKET. 19th century, the 7 3/4" silvered dial inscribed John Hall & Co, 56 King St, Manchester, with Chime/Silent dial and foliate scroll detail, the three train movement chiming quarterly to a bell, the carved case of cathedral form with stepped gables, spires and alcoves, pendulum and case key present, height 78cm, width 48cm, depth 29cm; together with it's oak bracket, width 53cm.

Winds and strikes/chimes, minor surface wear to case, some wear to silvered dial surface, grille to rear door partially loose, break to side grille, one side missing a carved 'alcove, tip of rear door missing.
Bracket - one finial missing it's ball, light surface wear.
