A very large Minton porcelain pink ground vase by Richard Pilsbury. Richly painted on both sides with flowers and butterflies, signed R. Pilsbury, with gilt elephants head handles, and black and gilt decorated foot, stamped MINTONS 1776. Retailed by A. B. Daniell & Sons of Wigmore St., London, with paper label to the base, 60 cm high.
We can confirm that the Minton vase by Richard Pilsbury is generally in very good condition. There is a star crack to interior which is showing on the exterior and minor wear to gilt on rim. There is slight separation from the vase to the base.
