1874 5/- CARMINE PINK PLATE 4 WMK MALTESE CROSS - IMPRIMATUR - lettered BB and fine apart from a minor wrinkle, from the first registration sheet dated 1874. The only material ex this plate with this watermark is the units removed from the 1874 registration sheet, as this plate was not put to press until 1882 by which time anchor watermarked paper was in use.
