WWII era 'USS Cone' Destroyer Name Plate. Cast brass with gilt and blue paint detail. Marked 'USS Cone DD 866 Wherever Duty Calls'. The cone was launched May 1945 and saw service in the Middle East and Mediterranean before being decommissioned in 1998. Plate diameter 20cm, Thickness 1.3cm.
