A good quality Coalport jardiniere or cache pot, circa 1860, the pink ground painted by William Cook with a panel of flowers and fruit, including hydrangea, roses, peaches, strawberries and damons, opposed by a further panel of frolicking putto by Abraham, both panels enclosed by raised gilt foliate borders, CSN ampersand mark in gilt, 17cm high, diameter including handles 25cm Provenance: Private Collection. Purchased in 1968 from the estate of Bertie Wake.
