A Saccard - An Art Deco bronze and marble study of Diana feeding a fawn, depicting a carved marble study of a kneeling nude female figure with an outstretched hand towards a stylised bronze fawn, mounted to a stepped veined marble base, height 44cm, width 62cm, S/D.
The fawn is detached from the base and will require attention. The fixing bolts are missing and one of the holes has had a filled repair. The fourth toe of the figure is chipped and there is scuffing to the left knee and across the shoulders. There is a large chip to the underside of one of the corners that is visible. The base is signed.
