QV Ceylon Rifles 1827 Pattern Rifle Regiment officer's sword and scabbard, blade 40% ornately etched including QV crown & cypher, other side with strung bugle Ceylon in scroll above and Rifles in scroll below, some bluing remains to etched areas, ricasso marked R. Sexton, 51 Dawson St Dublin, guard includes strung bugle, wire and fishskin grip with some wear, blade slightly bent and with odd minor edge knick, metal scabbard with several dents and some rust and large hole at the bottom by the chape.
