A fine and modern gilt-metal Halcyon Days carriage clock timepiece in the 19th century style (20th century); the swing-handle above an enamel dial with Arabic numerals and figures in 18th century dress, the sides similarly decorated with figures near countryside river, the gilded movement signed 'Deacon (Swindon) Est. 1848', together with original key (15cm at highest point with handle up)

The clock appears in very good condition indeed overall (estate clearance), but it seems to have been overwound and therefore not working at present.
