Automata - a late 19th century bisque head musical automaton doll, attributed to Leopold Lambert or similar, the bisque head doll with inset fixed blue glass eyes, painted features including brown feathered eyebrows, fine eyelashes and red lips, open mouth revealing upper teeth, pierced ears, blonde wig on cork pate, impressed marks '21, R, S.F.B.J, PARIS, 3', 38cm high, she stands upon a red velvet rounded rectangular base with fixed key and stop/start lever, remnants of paper label to underside of base; together with an unassociated glass dome with ebonised base (2)
