An impressive Edwardian silver tea set, by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, London 1906, comprising a large twin handled tray, 79cm wide, a kettle, teapot, sugar bowl; milk jug; a set of twelve teaspoons; and a pair of associated sugar tongs, in a fitted oak travelling case, approximately 7990g.
The kettle burner lid is detached but present.
The pin that holds it together is very misshapen but otherwise the kettle is okay.
Milk jug has old good quality repair to spout.
Remainders are ok.
All pieces have minor scuffs and scratches sand need a polish.
