A George III Newhall porcelain teapot and cover, late 18th or early 19th century, of oval form decorated in the 421 'Boy And Butterfly' pattern, Bill Dickenson label to base, 27cm long, with an English porcelain teapot and cover, circa 1830, of typical silver form, decorated with a hand enamelled continuous floral and foliate frieze, Bill Dickenson label to base, 25cm long, a further English porcelain teapot and cover, mid-19th century, of typical silver form with transfer printed rural scenes to the body (one named 'Breeknock'), 25cm long, and an English porcelain galleried oval teapot and cover decorated with gilt floral motifs, 25cm long (4) (at fault)
All pieces except the silver form example show cracks or losses to the spouts. The Newhall example shows the odd firing pit and frit to the body, some discolouration to the top of the handle, and hairline cracking, crazing and discolouration to the lid. The other pots show hairline cracks to the body, fine surface scratches, crazing, and pits and frits.
