A smokebox numberplate 46495 from a (LMS) Class 2 2-6-0 built at Darlington, Works No 2187, in 1952. It spent its early years at Kettering and later Derby, Nuneaton and Crewe South from where it was withdrawn in October 1966 and sold for scrap to Cohens at Kettering. Repainted. (Postage Band: D)
