A French mid 19th century gilded brass & marble 8-day mantel clock. The clock having a female allegorical figure with cherub handing her a crown of laurel around a white enamel clock face. The clock with Arabic numerals to chapter ring and gilt clock hands. Raised on a pink marble base with metal feet to ends. The 8-day clock movement stamped 'Made in France' with Medaille d'Argent stamp. With pendulum and key.
