IONA - QV ENVS. & KEVII PPCs: 1879-1909 group mounted on pages inc. 1879 or 1880 envs. franked 1d red tied by fair "IONA STEAMER/B/NO 12/79/GREENOCK/163" or "IONA STEAMER/A/JA 13/80/GREENOCK/163" duplexes; 1881 Stamp Society wrapper with fine B code duplex; 1882 2d registered env. uprated 1½d tied front & back with "LOCHGILPHEAD" duplexes (poor to fine) with v. fine "IONA STEAMER" thimble cds on back; plus others with duplex or double ring cds's. Also, 1904 "DAVID MACBRAYNE" PPC (v. fine) of R.M.S. Columba postmarked with partial Iona cds, and similar promotional card postmarked 1909 with no steamer pictured. (13 cards/covers, pieces/stamp)
