A large hexagonal shape lidded porcelain vase / pot in Japanese Carraresi design. This sizeable vase is well decorated with a group of figures to sides including geishas, as well as garden / tree design and gold pinstriping to edges, all on a white background, and various character marks to back and base. Lid has decoration around it and gold pinstriping details. Measures approximately 47cm x 26cm.
Comes along with a Japanese Satsuma Moriage Meiji Celestial Immortals / Scholars pottery vase / urn. Comes in predominantly gold and black, hand decorated in enamels and tube lining, with traditional figures in relief to vase. Signature and Made in Japan to base. Measures approximately 31cm high x 20cm diameter.
