Boards show losses to green paper finish along front edges, with further chips and tears to the top and bottom edges, and staining and wear across the surface. The top section of the spine is split down one edge, and the section below is missing. The block is largely detached from the front end papers, and fully detached from the rear endpapers. The block is split at plate 1 and plate 32. All pages show darkening and most show foxing and staining.
