A rare .30" James Rodgers percussion knife pistol, octagonal nickel silver barrel 3¼" with B'ham proofs, the main blade 3½" etched SELF PROTECTOR (faint) and stamped "James Rodgers Sheffield", the second blade 2½" similarly marked, with folding trigger and horn side plates, one side plate holding nickel silver bullet mould, the other side plate with steel tweezers, and with trap for bullets and caps.
