A Commemorative first day cover F.P.O. 2449 "Liberation of the Concentration Camps - April 1945", signed by Charles Brusselairs and Maurice Eyben and Baron Arthur Haulot (Allied Commandant of Dachau after its Liberation).

Charles Brusselairs was a member of the 'Legion Belge' and arrested in June 1943, eventually being imprisoned in Essen, Esterwegen, Gross-Strelitz and Buchenwald.

Maurice Eyben was a member of the 'Le Service Zero' and arrested on 20th January 1944 and imprisoned at Buchenwald.

Baron Arthur Haulot was arrested by the Gestapo on 27th December 1941 and inprisoned in Brussels, Mauthausen and Dachau.
